Lots of info. I wish it was easier to read. The small print with some of the colors make it tough in spots but it does have good info .

This is as easy as it gets in understanding Chakra points without reading a few hundred pages. I kept it on my desk for a while, studying it each time I sat to write and read. Each time I gave the chart deeper study and more expansive thought. Now it is in my meditation and yoga section of the house so I can look up and work three different points each session. How could I not recommended this to any one looking into bringing better health to specific points of the body? It also goes well with Tibetan singing bowls of the seven holy metals so that you are able to encounter each chakra point as yoga posture, meditation and sound.

I love this chart. Very nice Chakra chart which not only highlights the chakras and describes in pretty good detail for a chart, but also discusses issues that result from imbalance. Nice larger size. Very happy with this.

Love this so much. I do energy healing and chakra work and this chart makes it easy to look up things. I’ve recently added essential oils and looking up the centres of the chakra is a lot easier and faster for me now. It’s a great reference tool this chart. Also, a great chart to teach you about the chakras, connections, colours and more. Will be buy more for my practice space.

Very nice chart, Shares a lot of information about the Chakra system. However, it is difficult to read because the print is small. I have to use a magnifying glass to assist. This product would be better if it's size were larger.

This gives a quick reminder and helps to memorize the core concepts. I can take this with me anywhere, so I use it when I teach meditation classes or as a quick reminder when my memory fails me!

Really cool, but has a lot of abbreviations on words so that everything can fit. It also is two sided, just wish that it was two separate sheets, because if someone was going to display both sides on a wall, or something they'd have to buy two. Maybe they should give the option of two separate sheets, or one that's double sided.

Love the colorful chakra chart. I have been practicing some of the techniques. I recommend this for all chakra levers.
